Notre politique de retour est valable pendant 14 days à compter de la réception de votre commande.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- L’article doit être non utilisé, non porté
- Il doit être en parfait état
- Il doit être retourné dans son emballage d’origine
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, certain items cannot be returned:
- Articles personnalisés ou sur mesure
- Produits fragiles utilisés (céramique, verre, décoration)
- Worn jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or defective items
Si votre article arrive endommagé ou défectueux, merci de nous contacter dans un délai de 48 heures après réception avec :
- A photo of the product
- A description of the issue
We will offer:
✔ a replacement
✔ or a refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Le remboursement sera effectué via votre mode de paiement initial
- Délai : 3 à 7 jours ouvrés
Non-refundable items
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Incomplete returns
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for:

✔ items damaged during delivery

Returns
Due to the artisanal and unique nature of our creations, certain return requests may be subject to specific conditions.
For any return request, we kindly invite you to contact us beforehand via our contact page. Return instructions as well as the return address will be communicated after review and validation of the request.
Conditions:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
